Mason Law & Mediation is a boutique matrimonial firm focused on alternative dispute resolution in New York and California. We provide mediation, settlement negotiation and collaborative law services, with a focus on divorces and prenuptial agreements.

MLM welcomes inquiries from practicing matrimonial attorneys with an existing ADR practice, as well as attorneys with at least 3 years of matrimonial experience who wish to develop an ADR practice.

New York Associate

MLM seeks an organized and detail-oriented associate with 3-5 years of New York family law experience to join its growing team. Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills, with a particular focus on meticulous written work product. 
  • Extensive experience drafting agreements.
  • Experience independently representing clients in both separation-divorce matters and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
  • At least 2 years of matrimonial litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in ADR and completed mediation training strongly preferred. 
  • Experience in mediation is encouraged, but not required.
